SnortyMail is a new service designed for those who cannot visit the snorty.net site on the World-Wide Web.
If you have an email-only account, or limited access via work, then you can sign up to receive this week's
cartoon via your email, every week, as it is published on the site. All you need to receive SnortyMail is
a MIME-Compatible mail client, such as Pegasus Mail, Microsoft Outlook or Netscape mail.
All you have to do to sign up for SnortyMail is to send an email to cartoon@snorty.net containing the
word "subscribe" in the subject field. You will be automatically subscribed and receive a confirmation
message. You will then receive the next Snorty cartoon when it is automatically published on Sundays.
If you wish to stop receiving SnortyMail, just send another message to cartoon@snorty.net which contains the
word "unsubscribe" in the subject. You can only subscribe once, and you can only subscribe from the
address you are sending from. Your address will not be passed on, and you will not receive any further
mail other than the weekly Snorty cartoon.
Snorty.net has an "anti-spam" policy which can basically be described as "Run them over".
